Charles Arlin Henderson has been missing since July 25, 1991 from Moscow Mills, Missouri. Charles Henderson, age 11, was riding his white and yellow bicycle near his family’s Moscow Mills mobile home when he went missing. Moscow Mills is about fifty miles north of St. Louis., where Devlin resided.
